Hello there UpThemes Lover! We’re extremely excited about sharing our new UpThemes Framework with you and wanted to show you just how easy it is to integrate our framework into other less awesome WordPress themes, thereby making them instantly more awesome! In this screencast, Brian Fegter, our awesome WordPress dev master, walks you through integrating the UpThemes Framework directly into our own Gallery theme, which is a free WordPress theme for all to enjoy.

But Wait — We’re Not Done! Watch Part 2

In the second screencast, we will walk you through the following:

  • Creating theme options to use within your theme
  • Setting up your theme to make use of your new theme options

Where Can I Find the UpThemes Framework?

You can find our framework on all of our themes except our free Gallery theme at the moment. All you have to do is download a theme and you’ve got the framework. Also, we do want to mention that you will definitely want to take advantage of our lifetime support on all our single theme packages! Check out our pricing page for more information!

I get an error message when I try to activate the theme:

Hi Paul, I’m not sure what is causing the error. Try installing the theme again, and if it still isn’t working, I suggest testing it on a live server to see if it still generates an error. Thanks!

idownload the zip (theme Gallery) from a website and install it, but when I turn on or charge I get an error saying “missing template”, pardon my English. The message coming out is in Spanish I try my best to translate. This ZIP completely down?
