- What is the difference between the standard and developer packages?
- The developer package includes a PSD for the theme that can be used to customize the theme design.
- How do I get support for plugins offered by UpThemes?
- There is a feature in Gallery that I want. Does Gallery Pro offer it?
- There are a number of features in Gallery Pro that were added due to customer feedback. Odds are, if you’re wondering about it, we’ve probably implemented it. Simply send us a message and ask if the feature you need is included and we’ll be happy to respond.
Currently, we offer full forum support for our exclusive WP Facebook plugin only to theme purchasers and Theme Club subscribers. Simply purchase a theme or monthly package and you will have immediate access to plugin support. We will be releasing more plugins to our members in the coming months.
- What is the difference between the single theme purchase and the club membership?
- The club membership gives you access to all themes as well as support and theme updates for the length of the membership. The single theme purchase gives you access to one theme with lifetime support and theme updates for that one theme.
- How is payment accepted?
- We use 2Checkout.com to handle theme purchases and subscriptions alike. You can either checkout using your PayPal account or by entering your credit card information during checkout (as a guest).
- Do you offer themes for other Content Management Systems like Drupal, Joomla! or ExpressionEngine.
- No, we currently only offer WordPress themes.
