Affiliate Terms

All current UpThemes.com themes and theme packages are available to be purchased through the affiliate program. You will be sent an email for each sale originating from your website, or you can track the status of your sales through the affiliate admin. Each month’s earnings will be paid via PayPal within 15 days of each months’ end. You will receive 20% of anything sold through your affiliate links. Earnings will range depending on the theme or package you sell as well as if sales are successfully completed or not.

A verified PayPal account is required in order for us to process payments at the end of each month. Affiliates must reach a minimum of $100 in affiliate earnings before they will be eligible to receive their first payout. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. Affiliates with sales that result in more than 2 chargebacks during any given month will be removed from the program without prior notice. Any violation of the terms outlined above can result in your affiliate account being removed.
